Tony is an experienced Project Director and Development Manager and will be responsible for overseeing McConnell Property’s Vertical Living developments, including Build to Rent projects.

Tony has over 25 years’ experience spanning the design, design management, project delivery and development management fields.

Tony returned to New Zealand in 2012, having completed the Marina Bay Sands in Singapore. Since his return to New Zealand Tony has led the NZICC, Horizon Hotel, Park Hyatt Auckland and HomeGround projects before joining the McConnell Property Team in 2021.

Tony has a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Honours) majoring in Structures from Auckland University.
