Teal is McConnell’s latest boutique residential apartment complex, nestled on a unique and promontory site at the end of Purewa Road, Meadowbank. Only four stories tall, the building accommodates 26 design-led, luxury apartments with stunning water and green valley views and 30 basement carparks.

Working with the council, the McConnell team unlocked the potential of this transport node to deliver a mindful building that takes in stunning views across the water and neighbouring green valley. Occupied since Dec 2022, Teal compliments the natural contours of the land and maximises light throughout the day.
