One of New Zealand’s first Grade A, 4-star green star rated buildings, Ascot Central is a 5300sqm, five-level commercial building in Greenlane, Auckland.

Designed to create vibrant and dynamic workplaces that are economically, socially and environmentally sustainable, making them very attractive and valued places to work.

Construction took place in a tight and challenging environment that included the protection of existing trees and fences. We worked closely with tenants on the challenging integrated fit-out and base building, and despite the complexities, we delivered on time and within budget.
