Treena joined McConnell Property in 1996 and has over 20 years’ experience in accounting and financial reporting on property development and infrastructure projects.
She has significant experience in statutory and financial management, the financial structuring of complex projects, and preparation and negotiation of structured finance facilities.
Treena is responsible for establishing all operational and capital expenditure budgets. This crucial management ensures the successful delivery of our developments.
