This business park had great potential from the start: a natural transport hub with two state highways nearby, immediate access to Hamilton Airport and centrally located to Waikato agri-business.
The unique zoning made our master plan for the 75ha Titanium Park ideal and cost effective for a dynamic mix of businesses. Titanium Park is designed to cater for large commercial, industrial, manufacturing, and aviation enterprises - as well providing flexible lot options for businesses of all sizes.
McConnell Property has managed the development of the business park from its inception and land re-zoning 10 years ago. Land development, roading and infrastructure has now been completed, with the focus now on selling down the Western Precinct.
The Western Precinct, located to the left of the runway with some lots fronting the State Highway, has already attracted a number of tenants including Visy who recently constructed a 40,000m2 packaging facility, and Waitomo Energy who are currently building a fuel station on the corner of the precinct leading out to the Highway.
