Designed as a contemporary interpretation of a rural village, Anselmi Ridge was created with a ‘neighbourhood experience’ in mind.

Anselmi is a 176 home master planned rural community. Strict and sensitive design controls have protected long-term value for residents. The homes have been designed to overlook public spaces, including the landscaped streetscapes, park network, or pond and elevated ‘knoll’, all of which provide a variety of beautiful vistas and recreational environments.

A special feature at Anselmi Ridge is the low-impact design stormwater solution, which treats water on-site to ensure it is of the highest quality as it flows into Manukau Harbour. Auckland Council now uses Anselmi Ridge as a benchmark for stormwater design work.
